Alpine Adventures was founded by Rick Reichsfeld and Richelle Blanken, brother and sister; their passion for skiing and other outdoor sports was shared early in their life. Growing up skiing on Mt. Hood, Oregon propitiated their love for these sports. Both became great skiers; Richelle raced as a member of the U.S. Ski team in the 1992 Winter Olympics in Albertville, France. Through their experiences in ski racing, Rick and Richelle went to many resorts around the world; this gave them the experience that they needed to start a ski and travel company. The success of their business relies on the fact that the customers know for sure that real skiers are responsible of organizing their experiences. People not only enjoy skiing in the winter, summer adventures are also part of what everyone likes; therefore, Alpine Adventures decided to expand. Today, Alpine Adventures also includes Anywhere Adventures; offering trips around the world, Anywhere Adventures contributes to strengthen the quality that Alpine Adventures already had.
